Kikoku bypasses all armor, should it's damage by lowered to make the game more balanced?

Kikoku does too much damage.. and its not balanced at all. Should be nerfed in my opinion.

Invincible armour is not fun: Case and point - infinity evolved draconic shield Having a weapon that can kill anybody is a must have, even for the fringe case of actually getting into pvp combat outside of a base with FF.
