HBM's NTM adds a variety of nuclear physics, blocks, and bombs. There are many different mechanics and reactors, there's oil production, fusion reactors, and many different guns and ammunitions. And the bombs, hohoho the bombs.... Long story short, NTM should be added because it really fits the mood of modded war, and you could also atomize that random base you found near an rtp, which is also cool.
