Add recipies for the MC helicopter vehicles they were added for events but they never happen.

Events will happen soon, I am planning out community events such as a PVP event, parkour, and many more ideas. All events will be rewarded with different items/things suggested by players. However, community events will only happen if kme gives me some sort of power such as op so I can access Creative to build the arena/ supply the items for the event.
