Currently, to automate Quantum Assemblers, you need to find a way to automatically break them and replace them, along with refilling it with dark matter and the item you want to duplicate. This makes the process harder than it needs to be. This is because no item transporters / import bus in the game can extract the duplicated item out from the Quantum Assembler. Make the output easily extractable from the Quantum Assembler.
