There are a lot of dimensions to base on. Reducing border size for moons would incite players to base on worlds of bigger size without completely removing the choice of basing on a moon. Plus, their border size would correlate with their physical size. This change would make finding bases easier for the people who don't have the courage to enable tracking.

World borders were originally 3k. This got changed when the server reset.
