I would like to suggest that we remove/shorten the warning feature on Interdiction Matrix's in order for more people to be able to make use of them in covert ops.

When you get the warning your first thought should be whether or not your next step could be your last, not that you found a base to raid(until you're safe and secure, then you can spam nukes).
